The Fine Print/Rules

the Williams AZ HOSTEL……..

Here are the details.

  • We require you to check in between 3 and 9 pm ONLY.
  • There is no possibility to check in late as we are a small hostel and staffed only until 9 pm.
  • As a courtesy  to other hostel travelers who may be up for sunrise or tired from the day of hiking it just is not fair to arrive late.
  • If you are traveling by AMTRAK it is NOT possible to arrive on time to the hostel.
  • The Amtrak station is located 32 miles East of Williams in Flagstaff and public transportation to Williams will not allow you to check in before closing.
  • When you book  your stay please confirm you have a valid credit card with funds to confirm your booking.   First night stay will be charged at time of booking.  You may pay cash or a different credit upon arrival.
  • You may cancel  by 10 am 48 hours prior to day arrival with out a penalty.
  • And by the way…..Absolutely no pets
